Welcome to the Shenandoah Audubon
web page. We abbreviate our name for convenience, but we're still
the Northern Shenandoah Valley Audubon Society, a Chapter of National Audubon
Society, Inc. There are many ways in which you can
participate and share your love for birds and our environment in the beautiful
northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
New Programs scheduled for 2012

involved. Feel free to review our
Mission Statement,

Chapter's
Oak Leaf newsletter, and join
the NSVAS Chapter by completing and mailing the Local Membership form

If you would like to participate in
our events before joining Shenandoah Audubon,
you are welcome to do so. All events and programs are open to the public. You can also print our
Bird List
for your own backyard and field birding trips. And, of course, we hope you
will be interested enough in the work of
Shenandoah Audubon
to actively participate in our membership meetings, Board meetings and special
projects.
Please join us for
planning our events in 2012. Our
Steering Committees are in need of reliable help from those interested in making
a difference in our community and also for the birds and other animals with whom we
share this planet. For more information on what it means to be a National
Audubon Society Chapter, click
